So yes, in the end I wanted to be a supportive gf and stop being sucha whiny bitch, and went for the ceremony. Felt an overwhelming sense of pride for that chicken wing who went up the stage to receive his degree. It's like watching a baby take his very first step. Mwaha.

However he was quite dreading it and eager for the entire thing to be over. Cos he returned from perth after his final paper last november, and had to wait for almost a year for the ceremony.

I wonder how I would feel next year when it's my turn to graduate.
