An old injury of my left knee was aggravated yesterday on my way to school, and left me wincing in pain whenever I try to straighten my leg. Went for a check up at tan tock seng hospital this morning and was given three days MC (whoohoo!). Gotta return for a visit to the specialist in two weeks time for a more in depth diagnosis of my condition, but it's a suspected case of torn ligaments.

So am currently slightly immobile and limping away, which is quite an unpleasant sight cos my butt seem to protrude at an awkward angle which makes it look bigger than it already is. GRRR. Hope it'll recover ASAP cos if it doesn't heal, then i can't work, which means no extra $$ for my shopping sprees and cab fares!

Met up with Jason yesterday who forced/coerced/compelled me to watch the movie, 300 and kept me from covering my eyes during the gory limb and head chopping parts. But I gotta admit that it is worth the watch. And making full use of our bus concessions we travelled far and bus-hopped from suntec to thomson for dinner and chompchomp at serangoon for my favourite chocolate tau hauy! Slurps. He's the only kuku who so obligingly accompanies me to satisfy my dessert craving.
