Goodbye 2006,
Hello 2007!

As I'm typing these I'm struggling with stringing together the right words to express my feelings and thoughts. Must be the long absence from blogging.

As I'm typing these I'm particularly aware of the strange colour of the sunset, which is casting an orangey-chrome yellow glow and the light drizzle outside. Sitting in my darkened room with the remaining glow of the sunset, I attempt to recall the past year.

I think 2006 was generally a disappointing one for me. Looking back, the few words that I can come up with to describe 2006 are; inadequate, unfulfilling, no accomplishments. It is going to be an unmemorable year.

Well, hope you guys had a better 2006 than me. I'm definitely looking forward to the next 364 days. I hope it will be one of challenges, fun, exploration, self-discovery, bonding. Quite contradicting that the first day is spent waking up at 1pm and doing nothing constructive except for laying on the couch the entire afternoon, and here I am now typing these.
