-operation starvation- (beware.long list ahead.)
1) Only 2 meals a day. brunch/light dinner.
2) No caffeine for the next 4 weeks.
3) No tcc-ing/ spinelli-ing/ gelare-ing.
4) No mushroom cheese prata, bomb prata, tissue prata (goodbye my dear alazhar.SOB.)
5) No teh-peng, milo-peng, rhumba frappucino, ice mocha, coke, 7up.
6) No white bread, only wholemeal.
7) No in between meal snacks.
8) Drink ALOT ALOT ALOT of water. (There's a reason why God made the earth such that 3/4 of it is covered with water.)
9) No cakes, pastries or anything which looks extremely sweet and tentalizing to the sweet tooth.
10) No suppers.
11) No macdonalds, kfc, burger king. ( only mos burger allowed, cos it's my fav fast food :D)
12) No white rice, only brown rice.

PHEW. That's quite alot of restrictions eh? But I must perservere! There must be at least ONE resolution to be accomplished by the end of this year:) This will be it. To reduce current horrendous weight to ideal of 50kg. Hohoho.

Don't worry guys, I won't be totally starving myself and become anorexic/bulimic. It's just cutting down on my food intake and picking up a healthier eating habit. Which i'm sure would do my body good in the long run.
