Do you keep movie ticket stubs? Well, i did. That was a long time ago. I remember i'd always keep them after watching a movie, when i was as young as thirteen (sheesh, that's a long time ago!)

I'd store them along with other miscellaneous stuffs like letters and handmade items from friends, photographs, neoprints in this big Harrods tin box. Once in awhile i'd open up the box and examine every single item in it, going through every single movie ticket stub and trying to recall when and whom i watched it with.

This continued for a couple of years, until i can't remember when i stopped collecting the stubs. Now i'd either throw them away immediately after the movie, or keep it in my bag and forget all about it until i decide to clear my bag and find it again. Some times i don't even remember watching a particular movie and chancing upon the ticket stub again immediately brought back memories.

I guess sometimes life's like that. No matter how long ago an event whether significant or not, there would be some sort of a "time capsule", a memento, a simple item to remind us of it.
