past two days was a living hell.
i thought i was gonna die.
caught this horrible cold while i was at JB on saturday.

so yes. let's talk abt JB first. the day trip there was a rather pleasant one.
first stop was Holiday Plaza.
Holiday Plaza= DVD galore.
there were like about 10 shops at a single storey selling pirated DVDs and VCDs.
bought abt 90 ringgit worth of DVDs. some of them included Bewitched (not out in sg yet), Wicker Park, Finding Neverland ( love that show, won't mind watching it again), Spongebob Squarepants movie. haha.
Luckily for these great buys, they'd keep me occupied while i stay home nursing this horrid cold.

thereafter we drove down to this restaurant at pasir gadung (can't rmb the exact name of the place) for dinner. ordered oatmeal prawns, chilli crabs and other dishes. it wasn't what art and i had in mind about the place and food but at least we ate in the comfort of an air-conditioned restaurant. the weather there was scorching hot.
after dinner was a 10min drive to this really huge Carrefour building.
next to it was this market selling durians.
i HATE durians. like yuck. *pinches nose. the entire market was filled with heap loads of durians.
ive nvr seen so many durians in my entire life.

now let's talk abt this stewpid cold im having.
im sucha weakling. think my immune system's crashed down. ive succumbed to having flu for the past few months, at least once a month.
this time, it's the worst i ever had.like totally full blown.
my fever went up to as high as 40 degrees celcius on sunday.
i was like bedridden. couldn't eat, couldn't think straight, couldn't walk properly.
mum forced me to sleep in with her on sunday night so that she could sponge me with cold towels and the ice pack throughout the night.
so embarrassing man, felt like i was a baby. okie, i am my mum's baby but for her to see me in sucha pathetic state, i feel like a woose.
but thanks to her tender loving care, im up on my feet again, my mind's clear and alert enough to type all these.
but im sure that stupid fever killed like billions of braincells to render me slightly retarded.
even my speech is slightly slurred.hehe.
but my voice does sound a lil hoarse and totally nasal now.
just hope i'd be much better by tmr. cos im working!!
