take a deep breath

am supposed to be at band practice now.
haha.
decided to skip it today cos got tons of homework to do.
plus my right thumb is aching like hell.
can't hold the trumpet.

suddenly i love playin the trumpet all over again.
i figured even though i always complain abt goin for band practices
i reali enjoy & i reali lurve playin.
had a session with a trumpet tutor yesterday
& it was a veri enriching session.
learnt so much within 2 hours.
there's so much to playin the trumpet..
the tone, articulation..the various technical stuffs..
am veri motivated to learn more.

and i love my trumpet section!!!
they are the sweetest bunch of ppl.
had a lil "surprise" party for me in the bandroom
with a cake topped with whipped cream,
which was meant to be smashed into my face
and another one to be devoured.yummy.

maisie complains i reply her emails thru my blog.
haha.which is true cos everythin i want her to know
is mostly here.

yay.it's midweek alreadi.
it's scary how each day passes so quickly.
feels like ive got so much to juggle with now.
i guess it's all part & parcel of growin up.
life is nvr smooth-sailing.
it'll always be clogged with problems & trials.
and even if u manage to overcome one problem,
there's bound to be another one waitin to pounce on u.
but i figured it's by goin thru these shitty situations & gettin out of it
which makes me stronger.
